Humphreys School of Law with Jim Strickland on this exclusive ticketed Preservation Posse Tour. \n\n\n\nJoin Memphis Heritage for our next Preservation Posse Tour as we explore the historic Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law on Wednesday\, August 6\, at 5:00 p.m. \nHoused in the beautifully restored former U.S. Custom House and Post Office\, this landmark is one of Downtown Memphis' finest examples of Beaux-Arts architecture and an outstanding example of adaptive reuse. During this special tour\, you'll learn about the building's rich history\, remarkable preservation\, and its transformation into the home of the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. \nThe tour will be led by former Memphis Mayor and current David Pickler Dean & Professor of Law\, Jim Strickland\, who will offer unique insight into the building's history\, architecture\, and continued role in the civic life of Memphis. \nThis is a ticketed\, members-only event\, and space is limited. Tickets will be available Friday\, July 17\, at 8:00 a.m.
