NEW...Map of Historic Properties
Memphis Heritage is proud
to make available to the community a new map listing historic/important
properties in and around Memphis and Shelby County.
Important
properties are those that are listed on the National Register of Historic
Places, those that are eligible for a National Register listing, and those that
are not eligible for a National Register listing but have been deemed important
to our area's history. Data was taken from
the historic resources database within the latest draft of the Memphis
Preservation Plan. We plan on linking pictures of
all of these sites in the near future.
This information
is changing constantly and we will do our best to keep the map up to
date
