Membership: focuses on increasing membership through creative ways and establishing an annual membership drive.

Education: promotes awareness and knowledge of Memphis history and the benefits of historic preservation. Produces the annual Preservation Series Fundraiser and works with historic neighborhoods to document their histories and develops materials for school presentations.

Annual Campaign and New Century Fund for Historic Preservation Generate donor contacts and guides the Board in securing capital/operating funds for the MHI Annual Campaign and Endowment Fund

Howard Hall Committee - inspects the Howard Hall property no less that quarterly and reports about any maintenance our upkeep issues.

Advocacy Committee – monitors and reports on endangered historic sites in Memphis/ Shelby County which will include a mid century modern component. Plans action response for endangered sites.

Preservation Posse – finds, collects and manages architectural elements, artifacts, products for auction and sale Meets and gathers as necessary

Special Events: Coordinate the Auction Committee thru recruiting committee members, planning, sponsorships logistics of Architectural Auction and other Memphis Heritage events/projects
