This limited edition, signed and numbered original model showcases one of the most historic sites in Memphis. Built in 1828, the Hunt-Phelan house is located on world-famous Beale Street in downtown Memphis. Throughout its history the home has hosted many dignitaries including President Andrew Jackson. Following the Civil War battle for Memphis in 1862, the house served as the headquarters for Gen. Ulysses S.
