Stipulations
I.
Memphis
Heritage Responsibilities.
A. Memphis Heritage will procure a photograph from
the historic Don Newman Collection and write a caption for the photo,
both subject to Sponsor's approval.
B.
Memphis Heritage Publications Committee
shall have final approval rights for any information or photograph
appearing in the calendar.
C. Memphis Heritage will provide 10 free
calendars to Sponsor for each month sponsored. Sponsor may
purchase additional calendars at a discounted rate.
D. Memphis Heritage will make every effort to
fulfill Sponsor’s request for preferred month but cannot and does not
guarantee such placement.
II.
Sponsor Responsibilities.
A.
All logos, captions and any other text for inclusion in the calendar
must be submitted to Memphis Heritage by __________ All photos
and captions are subject to approval of the Memphis Heritage
Publications Committee.
B.
Logo. Sponsor will submit a logo (copy-ready and/or digital) for
inclusion in the calendar by ________. If submitting on disk or
via e-mail, Sponsor should contact the Memphis Heritage representative
for format and other specifications.
C.
Payment. Sponsor agrees to pay for space as described
above. Payment will be due upon the signing of this contract and
not later than September 1, 2005. All payments must be made before free
calendars are delivered to Sponsor; Sponsor’s failure to
pay in a timely fashion may result in late delivery of calendars.
Checks should be made payable to Memphis Heritage and mailed c/o
509 S. Main St., Memphis, TN 38103.
D. The
Sponsor shall not hold Memphis Heritage or its staff or contractors
liable against any expense or losses incurred from the
publication of the calendar or for any production errors.
